1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Boracity ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Boracity provides free and premium Revit families, PBR textures, and AI-powered texture creation tools for architects and design professionals.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information during registration and keep it updated.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

Paid subscriptions (Pro and Max plans) are billed monthly or annually. You may cancel at any time and retain access until the end of your billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

5. Content & Licensing

Free content is provided for personal and educational use. Premium subscribers with a commercial license may use downloaded assets in client projects. You may not redistribute, resell, or sublicense downloaded assets.

6. AI-Generated Content

Textures generated using our AI tools are yours to use according to your subscription plan. We do not claim ownership of AI-generated content created by users.

7. Prohibited Use

You may not use the Service for any unlawful purpose, attempt to reverse-engineer our tools, or abuse rate limits or AI credit systems.

8. Limitation of Liability

Boracity is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of our Service or downloaded content.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
